Last chance to check out the Myths and Legends exhibition!
The Showroom, Collage Green (bottom of Park Street)
Part of the inaugural Bristol Biennial, Drawn in Bristol presents an illustration exhibition exploring ‘Myths & Legends’ from around the world. Go on a journey with a selection of Bristol’s finest illustrative storytellers, taking you to a bygone world populated by mythical creatures, heroic characters and wondrous places. Expect to discover the ancient, the alarming and the magnificent.
Here is my contribution of which I’m very happy to say that someone liked the image enough to purchase a framed print!, even with the strange title and even stranger discription 🙂
Mythical Creatures At Dawn Can Be Caught By An Early Bird:
Some minutes after the leading edge of the sun reaches the horizon in the morning, ignoring the effects of atmospheric refraction at which there is enough light for objects to be distinguishable, the duration of the twilight period varies greatly depending on the observers latitude, from a few minutes in equatorial regions to many hours in polar regions.
Some other great local artist also included in the show: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.324451027633553.75368.119690961442895&type=1
